- Effective use of software to produce, interpret and evaluate productivity reports.
- Using Earned Value Analysis to evaluate a report
Description: Banff & Buchan College in close partnership with an International Oil & Gas operator has developed the short course Planning: Risk, Control & Earned Value Analysis, which has been approved by SQA as a Higher National Unit. The unit has been designed to provide the underpinning knowledge a planner requires to monitor and report a project's performance. Although developed in partnership with the oil & gas sector, this unit is relevant to any organisation which utilises planning & project management as key business tools.
Target group: This course is suitable for anyone in a planning or project management role and is ideal for middle and senior managers who have a role in project commissioning, control and high level strategic decision making.
Additional Notes: This course is normally delivered at our Craibstone training facility near Aberdeen Airport. However, this course can be delivered at any of our training centres throughout Aberdeenshire or at your own premises.
Venue: This course can be delivered at one of our learning centres across Aberdeen city or shire or at a suitable location of your choice.
