The course comprises two modules:

Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System  

Supporting Users and Troubleshooting Desktop Applications on a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System

 

Description: The Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certificate shows that you have the skills to successfully support end users and to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments running on the Microsoft Windows operating system. 

Additional Notes: The course follows the Microsoft curriculum and comprises lectures, tutorials and practical sessions in computer laboratories. High Quality Official Microsoft paper based and online materials are used throughout. To gain the MCDST Award candidates must sit two Microsoft Online examinations. Exams would be undertaken in Fraserburgh or Dyce.

Venue: This course is delivered at our training centre in Dyce or at our main campus in Fraserburgh so that delegates can use our high-specification training equipment.
