Description: This exam is for aimed at all refrigeration engineers who in the process of their duties must be competent in handling ammonia. They must also show their awareness of the hazards of using such refrigerants to themselves, to other people and to the environment.
Prerequisites: Knowledge of the use of a charging manifold and gauge lines is implicit but an extra training module may be provided for those not familiar with this equipment.
Venue: This course is delivered at the main College campus in Fraserburgh, however may also be delivered in client premises, subject to equipment meeting current Health and Safety legislation.
