Includes the following:
- Introduction to Speed Taping Machine
- Applying Tape Using Speed Taper
- Applying Internal & External Angle Tapes and Corner Rollers
- Use of Flat Finishes & Corner Finishes
- Maintenance of Machines.
Description: This course is aimed at advanced level apprentice painters and decorators/plasterers, or even experienced DIY enthusiasts, who are involved in the application of textured finishes and plasters.
Target group: Advanced Level Apprentice Painters and Decorators/Plasterers , or even Experienced DIY enthusiasts
Additional Notes: Due to the practical content of this course, training should ideally take place on-site, preferably in an area which requires AMES taping. However, if no suitable area is available to client, training can take place in the main College Campus in Fraserburgh. On College premises - maximum of 3 places available. Client premises - maximum of 6. Pre-training visit required to review location and assess suitability. Protective clothing required.
Venue: This course is delivered at the main College campus in Fraserburgh, however may also be delivered in client premises, subject to equipment meeting current Health and Safety legislation.
